Questions before your first ride.
Not here? Call us or write on WhatsApp. We reply within an hour, 7:00–22:00.
Can I pay by card?
Yes: by card in the car, online when you book, or in cash. Business accounts get one monthly invoice.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number and we track the landing. The driver adjusts the pick-up. After landing he waits one hour for free, then 80 PLN per hour.
Do you have a child seat?
Yes, a i-Size seat in every class: 30 PLN per seat, 45 PLN for two. Tick it when you book.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Private customers right after the ride; business accounts get one monthly invoice listing every ride by name, date and route.
What does “Late by more than 10 minutes? The ride is free” mean?
If our driver arrives more than 10 minutes after the agreed time through our fault, you do not pay for the ride. Paid in advance? You get a full refund. For airport pick-ups we count from the moment you walk into the arrivals hall. The guarantee does not cover events outside our control, such as a closed road, an accident or extreme weather — then we take a detour and keep you informed.
When should I book the pick-up for my flight?
From Katowice we suggest: 3 hours before departure for Katowice Airport, 3.5 hours for Kraków, 6 hours for Warsaw. You reach the airport about 2 hours before the flight, with time for traffic. Flying outside Schengen, for example to the UK or Turkey? Add half an hour. Leaving from another city? Call or write and we will suggest a time.
Do the drivers speak English?
Yes. Our drivers speak Polish and English, one also speaks German. For a guest from abroad we pick a driver who speaks their language.
