You order one trial ride: Comfort or Premium, to Katowice or Kraków Airport. You test us on your own guest: the car, the driver, the timing. You sign nothing.

One invoice at the end of the month

What does the monthly invoice look like?
One VAT invoice at the end of the month. Every ride on its own line: passenger name, date, route, car class and cost centre if you use one. On request we attach the list as a PDF or a spreadsheet.
What are the payment terms?
Up to 30 days from the invoice date, by bank transfer. No prepayment, no deposit.
My guest's flight has changed. What about the pick-up time?
Nothing to do. We track the flight number and the driver adjusts to the real landing time. A delay costs nothing; after landing he waits one hour for free, then 80 PLN per hour.
Can the guest pay for the ride themselves?
Yes. When you book, you choose whether the ride goes on the company invoice or the guest pays in the car by card or in cash.
How do I cancel or change a ride?
By phone, text or e-mail, free of charge, even at the last minute. A new time or a new address is enough.
What is a cost centre?
Any label you give us with the order: department, project, PO number. It appears on the invoice next to each ride, so your accounts team adds nothing by hand.
