3Where we get data if not from you

  • When a hotel, a company or someone close to you books the ride for you, they give us your name, phone number, flight number and the addresses needed for the ride.
  • Contact details of people at companies we write to with an offer may come from public sources and business contact databases (e.g. Apollo.io): name, job title, work e-mail.

4Who we share it with

  • The driver who carries out your ride: name, phone number, addresses, time and flight number.
  • Companies whose services we use. They process data on our instructions:
    • Google: e-mail, calendar and documents (Google Workspace), address suggestions and route pricing (Google Maps), form protection (reCAPTCHA) and, with your consent, statistics (Google Analytics) and ad measurement (Google Ads);
    • SMSAPI (LINK Mobility Poland sp. z o.o.): sending text messages;

  • Stripe (payments) and WhatsApp (Meta), when you use them. They also act under their own rules, as separate data controllers.
  • Public authorities and courts, where the law requires it.

5Data outside Europe

Google, Stripe, Pushover, Apollo.io and Meta may process data in the USA. Where a company takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, we rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision; otherwise on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. If you would like a copy of these safeguards, write to us.

6Your rights

You have the right to:

  • get a copy of your data and information about what we do with it;
  • correct your data;
  • have your data deleted, if we do not have to keep it (e.g. for invoices);
  • restrict processing;
  • take your data to someone else (portability);
  • object when we rely on legitimate interest. For sales offers we always stop;
  • withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before on the basis of it;
  • complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl. If you live in another EU country, you can also contact your local data protection authority.

Just write to taxi@fajnataxi.pl. We reply within a month, usually much sooner.

7Do you have to give us data

No, but without your name, phone number and addresses we cannot carry out the ride. If you want an invoice, the details for it are required by tax law.

8Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile you in a way that has legal effects for you. The price on the website is calculated automatically, but from the same price list for everyone.
